What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is derived from the Greek 'Hypnos' meaning Sleep. Simply put, hypnotherapy is a way of unlocking the potential of the unconscious mind to make positive changes to our conscious mind, actions and wellbeing.

I can assess your needs and tailor your first paid hypnotherapy session specifically to you and your requirements. This helps to ensure a more effective outcome.

You get a chance to meet me and decide whether hypnotherapy is right for you before you decide to proceed with your first paid hypnotherapy session.

Hypnotherapy sessions are charged at £40 each.

Sessions may be paid for by cash or cheque.
